The short version
This website (optivane.net) is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and does not build a profile of you. Our host counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us when you email us.

Who we are
Optivane LLC is an independent software company registered in North Carolina, United States. For anything in this policy, contact us at inquiries@optivane.net. This policy covers the website; any apps we release will carry their own privacy information.
Information we receive
- When you email us. If you write to inquiries@optivane.net, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever is in your message. Our mailbox is hosted on Microsoft 365.
- When you visit. The site itself collects nothing. Like any website, our host (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and guard against abuse. We do not use this to identify or track you.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to read and reply to your message, and to keep ordinary business records. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers below or where the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
We set no cookies and use no pixels or advertising trackers. Our host, Cloudflare, counts page views using a cookieless measurement script; it records no identifier and cannot follow you between sites. There is nothing to opt out of, and nothing you could have been opted into.

What you control
How long we keep it
We keep emails and related correspondence for as long as needed to help you and to meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete them. Ask us any time and we will remove correspondence we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email inquiries@optivane.net and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
